1917 Russian Revolution Timed Write Prompt

Ranking the Causes of the 1917 Russian Revolution
Please use the sources to take notes on the corresponding worksheet. For each source, you will need to analyze what happened in the event (bullet points are fine) and you will need to evaluate how this event might lead to revolution in Russia (bullet points or sentences are fine, but make sure they are thorough and complete). Finally, once you have analyzed all the sources, please rank the causes of the 1917 Russian Revolution in order from most significant to least significant on the ranking worksheet. Make sure you fully explain why you ranked the causes in the way you did in the provided space. Bubble Map Review of World History 1 & 2
You and your table group may work together to create a bubble map (web map) of different systems of government and economic systems that were discussed in world history 1 & 2 and will be relevant in world history 3. Please read and follow the directions. Students had one day in class to work on their review maps and students will have a individual quiz based on the review materials from these bubble maps.

Bolshevik Propaganda Poster Project
You (and a partner) will create a propaganda poster to represent the reasons the masses in Russia chose to support the Bolshevik Revolution during the 1917 Revolution. Your poster must include 3 visual images, color, and a slogan for the party. You may not use the actual slogan of "Peace, Land, & Bread" that the Bolsheviks used during the revolution. Also, you must include a 1 paragraph write-up detailing why you chose the images you did, explaining your slogan, and overall, discussing how your propaganda poster demonstrates why people chose to support the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917.
